Hydraulic FiltersAir filters are elements that supply air flow either from the natural environment to the system or from the system to the natural environment by holding the unwanted particles in the air. They provide the purification of the air from the unwanted particles by different methods such as sieving, precipitation, sedimentation, electrostatic precipitation, diffusion, refrigeration and interception.
It is also possible to assess the quality of the air filters by looking at its appearance. In a good filter, the papers are well and neatly placed. Well pleating and placement of the paper enables uniform air flow through all the surfaces and therefore prolongs its life cycle.
What is expected of a good air filter is that; it should be able to hold unwanted sized particles that are not relevant with the features of the engine and that are heading to the combustion chamber of the engine. The filter should possess a material of characteristics and convenient resistance against the air flow. Mounting and demounting and maintenance should be easy. It should be able to provide the required efficiency even in dusty and humid conditions. As of its area of use, for the filter paper not to be harmed under high air pressures, galvanized perforated sheaths made of sheet metal should be placed on the inner and outer surfaces of it.
We provide service to our valuable customers by producing air filters that possess the characteristics mentioned above.
