Hydrotech’s stainless steel filter elements offer an excellent filtration solution for applications with extreme thermal ranges and differential pressures while providing excellent contaminant holding capacity and efficiency.
Hydrotech wire mesh stainless steel filters are useful in a wide range of applications that require a variety of openings. These stainless mesh filters can be used in conjunction with perforated metal and expanded metal. Stainless wire mesh filters are ideal for filtration used in adverse environmental conditions. We fabricate custom made to order stainless steel filters of varying sizes in single or multiple layers of woven wire mesh. The stainless-steel weaving styles that are available include plain, twill, plain and reverse twill weaves. These wire mesh filters can be stamped to size, sintered, soldered, welded, and rolled to size.

Features of Stainless-Steel Wire Mesh Filters:

Decorative/craft applications

Stainless wire mesh is durable, cleanable, and reusable making it an economical choice for most filtering projects.
High dirt holding capacity;
High reliable standard specifications;
Low pressure drops due to high porosity;
Accurate filtration rating.

Woven wirecloth has a seemingly infinite range of applications. In the domestic environment it is used in many applications for example; tea strainers, flour sieves and coffee filters. In industry, wirecloths are used in filters for motor cars, and is used in the manufacturing processes for floor coverings, chipboard, hardboard, particle/fluid/gas separation, cleaning and sizing applications and other building materials.

Stainless steel discs and filters are widely used in raw material filtration production systems in various industrial fields. Although these materials are multi-layered, they are usually fixed to each other by spot welding or frame methods.

Wirecloth has wide ranging characteristics, and dependant on the
configuration of wire thickness in relation to aperture size, can vary in texture from being as fine, soft and flexible as silk to being as rigid and durable as steel plate. Many of the properties of wirecloth are not available using alternative metal media (such as
expanded and perforated metals) or synthetic meshes.

Key benefits of wirecloths:
widest range of filtration, from over 6 inch aperture down to 1 micron nominal
usable under high pressure and temperature
high durability
suitable as support for less rigid media
weaving process uses no punching or piercing operations that create stress induced weaknesses.

Our Hyrdrotech wire filters are able to use in:
plastic, chemistry and fiber industry (for refining, drying and recycling processes)
machinery and metal industry (for departuring process)
automotive industry (airbag and filtering processes)
food industry (drying, carrying and freezing processes)
electricity and computing industry ( printing process)
paper industry (drying and washing processes).

Stainless filter wires are in the form of plain weave as standard. Woven wirecloth has traditionally been designated by a mesh number (or mesh count) representing the number of wires per linear inch.

We deliver the orders of our customers, by quality control, by covering them with protective packaging from external factors. Our filters are produced in single-layer or multilayer in special shapes and sizes, including changes in interior products, and are designed according to customer needs.
